Awards & Nominations
Eminem has 13 Grammy awards from all his hard work. In 2008, the readers of "Vibe Magazines" voted Eminem the "Best Rapper of Alive". Most of his awards came from his album and some are from his songs. He was also named "Best Rapper Ever" from the music fans on the "Vibe" website.
2002 - 8 Mile
He made a film called 8 mile about how he became a rapper and how hard his early life was. In the Movie his name was "Jimmy B-Rabbit Smith, Jr". On that movie called "8 Mile" his song called " Lose Yourself" is the Original Soundtrack of the Movie. He Freestyle battle the "Free World" at this club they called "The Shelter". He has a job about pressing things to make it flat (something like that). He had been nominated for his Original Song called "Lose Yourself" as the BEST ORIGINAL SONG and the BEST VIDEO in the film.
1997-1999
He then met Dr. Dre, who produced and help him later in life about his rap life. Then he made an album called "The Slim Shady LP" and it became popular at 1999 and it was one of the popular album then. That year was pretty hard with Eminem and Dr. Dre because they had a little rap battle.
1992-1996
In 1996, Marshall mad his first album "Infinite" which was record at the Bassmint, a recording studio owned by "Bass Brothers". He wanted how he sounded on the mic and present by himself. He was struggling with raising a new born baby named after Hailie Jade Mathers. He then struggles about his drugs and alcohol life.
How he became a Rapper
Eminem got interested in hip hop after listening to all the gangster musics, and he was performing an amateur rap at the age of 14 and his name was under "M&M" and he joined the group named "Bassmint Production". He enrolled at Lincoln High School in Warren. He started to participate Freestyle Battles at Osborn High School on Detroits east side. Eminem dropped out of High School at the age of 17.

Marshall Bruce Mathers as his real name and his stage name is (EMINEM). Eminem is an American Rapper, Record Producer and an Actor. Eminem was born on the 17th of October, 1972. He was born at Saint Joseph, Missouri, U.S. He stared to rap starting in 1992-presnt. Eminem is Scottish, Polish, German, English and possibly Luxembourgian. Eminem's early life was pretty hard because his father abondon the family when he was 18 months old and he was raised by his mother. By the age of 12, Eminem moved on to a suburb, Detroit.
